Katie competed in triathlon for NC State and continued racing Ironman and Ultramarathon over the years, has a passion for fitness and wellness and dedication towards helping others find and sustain their potential for an overall healthy lifestyle.
Katie emphasizes core strength, balance and mobility in her workouts and recognizes the importance of this as the base for a strong fitness program.
She is certified in a variety of fitness classes, including TRX and yoga to round out the importance of incorporating the many elements of fitness to any routine.
