University Recreation App

To enter the Weinstein Center for Recreation, all users are encouraged to download the UR University Recreation app on their smart phone before visiting the facility. To learn more about downloading the app and accessing our facility, scroll down to the resources section below on this page.

New Guest Policy Effective 8/21

Starting Monday, 8/21/23 the parent/guardian of any guest under the age of (18) must sign the waiver form for their child. An adult who is with, or sponsoring, the child is NOT eligible to sign for the child; it must be their parent/guardian. The waiver form is available online, in an editable PDF format, for the parent/guardian to complete prior to their child accessing the WCR as guest. New Online Feedback Submission

University Recreation FusionGo App

The University Recreation FusionGo App can be downloaded from one of the following locations:

  • Apple App Store - tap here for Apple App (must be on your mobile device)
  • Android App on Google Play - tap here for Android App (must be on your mobile device)
  • You can use keywords such as UR Recreation or University of Richmond Recreation to search for the app.

Once you have successfully downloaded the app, you are prompted to accept push notifications for the latest alerts and Weinstein Center updates. This is an optional feature on the app, but highly recommended since we will be sending push notifications to alert you to changes in facility hours, pool closures, class cancellations and other important information.

Proceed to the Entry ID icon to get set up with your Barcode for access.

  • Click on the Entry ID
  • Full-time students and full-time employees will click the top button on the log-in page and use your UR Net ID and 16 digit password. Once logged in, your barcode will appear.
  • Any member who is not a full-time student or full-time employee: click the second button local account. NOTE-if you already have a username and password that you use to access the portal (, use the same credentials on the app. If you have not yet set up a local account, please contact Member Services at (804) 289-8361 to set-up your username and temporary password. Once logged in, your barcode will appear.

Weinstein Center Portal

To access the Weinstein Center portal, Full-time students and Full-time employees only click the orange button on the log-in page and use your UR Net ID and 16 digit password. All other members (non full-time students and employees) will use a local account to access the portal. Please contact Member Services at (804) 289-8361 to set-up your account.

Visit the Weinstein Center Portal at to log-in, make your selections and pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards.
