Athletic Training

Athletic Training services are an integral part of the commitment that University of Richmond Recreation provides to Sport Club Athletes. The staff consists of one full-time and one part-time athletic trainer. A certified athletic trainer is present at almost all home competitions and is responsible for the health and safety of all participants.

Athletic Training services are only available to current and active sport club participants in the Sport Club Center inside the Weinstein Center. Services provided include: evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and referral. Rehabilitation services are limited by athletic trainer availability and the severity/complexity of the injury.

Appointments are scheduled on a first come-first served basis, and are available during the following days and times:

Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Friday, 8 a.m.–3 p.m.
No clinic hours are available on the weekend due to event coverage.
