Facility Rentals
The University of Richmond recreational facilities are designed to accommodate a wide range of individual and group activities. The department of University Recreation is committed to providing optimal recreational opportunities for students, faculty, staff, and alumni of the university. Facility rental fees have been established in response to an increasing demand for use of recreational facilities.
University Recreation programs and activities will not be charged facility rental fees. All facility requests must be coordinated directly with University Recreation.
Athletic team meetings, practices, and competitions will not be charged a rental fee. A full-time coach must be present at all times. Facility request must be coordinated directly with University Recreation. All other events involving outside groups and/or registration fees will be charged rental fees.*
Academic and university events scheduled and approved by the Registrar's Office and President's Office will not be charged a rental fee.
