BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music, helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

This class is suited for individuals looking to learn the basics of yoga poses and flow. It is a beginner level class that will help the participant build strength and increase overall flexibility in a supported manner, while exploring the mind-body connection. It will challenge you whether you are a regular yoga practitioner, or newbie looking to learn the fundamentals of yoga.

Power Flow is an outstanding intermediate-level vinyasa yoga class that focuses on strengthening your core, increasing flexibility, and steadying your breath to encourage a meditative quality of mind as we flow from one engaging asana (pose) to the next. This class is best suited for students that have previous yoga experience or strong body awareness.

Power Hour is the sports-inspired cardio workout that will improve coordination and agility, build stamina and strength, and tone and shape the body. There are a variety of movements including running/sprints, high knees, squats, lunges, jumping jacks, skaters, push-ups, mountain climbers, crunches, leg lifts, butt kicks and burpees. Bring a water bottle and be ready for a great workout!

Be prepared to get an all in one workout with TRX Suspension Training in 45 minutes! You will elevate your heart rate while you are strength training, working your core and gaining flexibility during each exercise. All levels are welcome and each movement can be modified for a beginner or stepped up for the advanced exerciser. Each participant works at their own level and leaves with a challenging work out.

This slower paced flow yoga class integrates mindful movement for all levels of ability.  We will develop structural/functional awareness in order to lengthen and strengthen through our range of motion. This is safe and challenging class that offers a unique opportunity to quiet the chatter of mind by attending deeply to our practice on the mat. Come join us!

Class combines elements of yoga, pilates, ballet, and strength training. Emphasis on long and lean muscles - all set to fun music. All levels welcomed!

Get ready for an hour of power with alternating intervals on and off the bike. On the bike, we will improve our cardiovascular endurance with sprints, jumps, climbs, and more. On the floor, we will add in strength, core, and more cardio exercises with different equipment or just your body for a full-body workout. Be prepared to work hard, push yourself to your limits, and have a blast!

Focuses on the core muscles to keep the body balanced and provide support for the spine. Pilates teaches awareness of breathing and the alignment of the spine.

In Step you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don’t worry, there’s lots of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful.
