Weinstein Center Hours
11/22-Friday is Basketball Game Day at 7pm. Lots near the Weinstein Center become game day permit-only starting at 5pm. Visit richmondspiders.com for a parking map of general entry lots on the interior of campus. Expect heavier traffic and limited parking near the Weinstein Center.

11/23-Saturday is Football Game Day at Noon. Parking lots near the Weinstein Center close at 8am. Students must move their cars by 2am.

Masters swimming is for all swimming levels and ages. Share your love of the sport of swimming and your enthusiasm for swimming fitness by joining in on the workouts, the competitive (and non-competitive) spirit and the team camaraderie Masters swimming will afford you. Practices include technique instruction and are between 1,500–3,200 yards, depending on your ability.

Spider Strength is a 45 minute total body workout that includes a short cardio warm-up. There are six different stations where each participant will be at that station for 50 seconds with a rest in between. Get ready for a fun and fast paced workout! Bring a large bottle of water!!

Cardio Kickboxing Caroline|

MMA Cardio is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.
