A personal trainer since 2000, Nadine has many roles in University of Richmond’s Health and Well-being Unit. She works with the University's Employee Wellness Program for new employees and is a group exercise instructor for classes such as TRX, HIIT, Stick Mobility, and more. She is dedicated to helping you improve your cardiovascular fitness, increase muscle strength and endurance, gain flexibility, lose weight or meet whatever your personal goal may be. Nadine also specializes in assisting clients through injury rehabilitation, diabetes, osteoporosis, back pain, cancer recovery and pregnancy. If you are just starting a fitness program or looking to update your workout, Nadine can help you get to the next level.
