Cynthia pursued her degree in Education and Psychology at Norfolk State University in Norfolk, Virginia. She comes to us with numerous years of experience in the Virginia State government. She has held various managerial positions at Virginia State University, Virginia Department of Health, and Virginia Information Technologies Agency. Cynthia is responsible for membership sales, Member Services staff, and all Member Services operations within the Weinstein Center. She is also the University of Richmond Head Cheerleading Coach.
