Join us for both a cardiovascular workout through cycling followed by a strength workout wtih weights. This is a combination class that is open to all fitness levels.

High-intensity interval training is intended to improve performance with short training sessions. The interval training class is designed to burn fat and build cardio endurance and strength in a short and intense workout. We will be doing a 2:1 ratio of work to rest intervals using kettle bells, battling ropes, BOSU’s, jump ropes, bands, medicine balls, body weight exercises, and core work. We will start with a five-minute warm-up and progress through eight circuits of exercises at a high intensity, then rest for two minutes before starting another round of eight exercises. HIIT is a fast-moving class that quickly builds cardiovascular endurance as well as strength.

Chair yoga is a style of gentle yoga using a chair to allow participants to stretch fully with the support of a chair. In addition, we will challenge participants with strength, balance, and coordination moves. You will leave this class feeling calmer, stronger, and will experience increased flexibility.

Power Flow is an outstanding intermediate-level vinyasa yoga class that focuses on strengthening your core, increasing flexibility, and steadying your breath to encourage a meditative quality of mind as we flow from one engaging asana (pose) to the next. This class is best suited for students that have previous yoga experience or strong body awareness.

Take your Suspension Training to the extreme. This class will be a bit more challenging by building upon more advanced strength and cardio exercises developed for the TRX system. Goal will be to take fewer breaks so the heart rate stays elevated to give you a tough and highly effective workout.

Class combines elements of yoga, pilates, ballet, and strength training. Emphasis on long and lean muscles - all set to fun music. All levels welcomed! *IMPORTANT NOTICE: Participants will need a Fit Pass for this class in order to attend due to limited spaces. Fit Passes will be distributed in the 30 minutes before class starts. 30 total Fit Passes will be given out. If you do not have a Fit Pass you will not be permitted to participate in the class.

Zumba combines high-energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "fun and easy to do," allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a "feel-happy" workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
