This intermediate yoga class focuses on strengthening your core and increasing flexibility.
|12:15 PM - 1:15 PM||Pumped Up||Joella||Room 203|
Pumped Up is a total body strength and conditioning class that includes core and balance work. A variety of equipment is used and every class is a different and unique workout.
|5:15 PM - 6:00 PM||Spinning||Whitney||Room 107|
Spinning is a high-intensity class that is sure to get your heart rate up while really working your legs and glutes. The class starts with a brief warm up, includes sprints, climbs, and jumps, and ends with a nice cool down and stretch.
|5:15 PM - 6:15 PM||FIT Fusion||Sharry/Karen||Room 203|
A "hybrid" class that is extremely action packed and fun for all levels of fitness. It will consist of traditional muscle sculpting, Yoga, and Pilates with a twist of functional training that focuses mainly on the core. Come prepared to work your ABS: Abdominals, Balance, and Stability.

Want to take a night to yourself and decompress? This is the perfect class. After a long, hectic weekend, come in and unwind with yoga. The class will take you through the breathing techniques and poses associated with beginning level yoga. A wonderful way to start your week.
|7:30 PM - 8:30 PM||Zumba||Sara||Room 203|
Zumba combines high-energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "fun and easy to do," allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a "feel-happy" workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
