Core Barre is a group-based exercise program that combines elements of the pilates mat, ballet, and resistance training. These workouts emphasize precise and intense movements to define and condition muscles while increasing joint flexibility. The rules of Core Barre follow current biomechanical concepts to create strength and neuromuscular awareness in addition to proper joint flexibility for optimal movement.

High-intensity interval training is intended to improve performance with short training sessions. The interval training class is designed to burn fat and build cardio endurance and strength in a short and intense workout. We will be doing a 2:1 ratio of work to rest intervals using kettle bells, battling ropes, BOSU’s, jump ropes, bands, medicine balls, body weight exercises, and core work. We will start with a five-minute warm-up and progress through eight circuits of exercises at a high intensity, then rest for two minutes before starting another round of eight exercises. HIIT is a fast-moving class that quickly builds cardiovascular endurance as well as strength.

Masters swimming is for all swimming levels and ages. Share your love of the sport of swimming and your enthusiasm for swimming fitness by joining in on the workouts, the competitive (and non-competitive) spirit and the team camaraderie Masters swimming will afford you. Practices are between 2200–2800 yards, depending on your ability. Alternate workouts are given if you miss a practice.

This course is an introduction to taiji quan, China's famous slow-moving, internal martial art. Students learn the basics of Wu Style, one of the five major styles of taiji. Enhanced strength, balance, coordination, internal power, and self-defense capability are the natural effects of this relaxed, enjoyable practice designed to be useful for everyone, from couch potato to professional athlete. No experience necessary.

Join us for a great cardio workout that uses the cues of the instructor and beats of the music. This is a high intensity, yet low impact workout. With a portable platform with weight adjustable risers, you will do choreographed exercise routines up, onto, down, and around the step for great cardio fitness, as well as exceptional training to shape the lower body.

Zumba is a "feel-happy" workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
