This yoga class moves you fluidly from one pose to the next awakening your physical and mental self to prepare you for the day. This class will increase strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance as well as deepen your sense of well being.

Burn fat and build muscle with short-but-intense 7-minute circuits incorporating cardio intervals, full-body strength moves, and a dose of ab work. Each class we will focus on different body parts and intensities, such as legs & cardio, arms & abs, total body work, and more. Do your best to exercise throughout the entirety of each circuit, only resting after the timer goes off.

Pumped Up is a total body strength and conditioning class that includes core and balance work. A variety of equipment is used and every class is a different and unique workout.

The Strong Spider class will focus on developing overall strength and conditioning by utilizing various forms of nontraditional lifts and movements. Exercises will consist of timed intervals on stations with atlas stones, pine logs, prowlers, farmers walk, tire flip etc. Come prepared to work hard and try something new!

Kickboxing is an intense total body workout that improves strength, coordination, flexibility, aerobic ability, and balance. The class format integrates a combination of punches and kicks as well as additional muscle and motion exercises for strengthening and toning.

This 45-minute cycle class is ideal for both beginners and seasoned cycle enthusiasts looking for a heart-pumping workout. Expect to see sprints, climbs, intervals, and drills to ensure an exhilarating cardiovascular workout.

A "hybrid" class that is extremely action packed and fun for all levels of fitness. It will consist of traditional muscle sculpting, Yoga, and Pilates with a twist of functional training that focuses mainly on the core. Come prepared to work your ABS: Abdominals, Balance, and Stability.

Masters swimming is for all swimming levels and ages. Share your love of the sport of swimming and your enthusiasm for swimming fitness by joining in on the workouts, the competitive (and non-competitive) spirit and the team camaraderie Masters swimming will afford you. Practices are between 2200–2800 yards, depending on your ability.

High-intensity interval training is intended to improve performance with short training sessions. The interval training class is designed to burn fat and build cardio endurance and strength in a short and intense workout. We will be doing a 2:1 ratio of work to rest intervals using kettle bells, battling ropes, BOSU’s, jump ropes, bands, medicine balls, body weight exercises, and core work. We will start with a five-minute warm-up and progress through eight circuits of exercises at a high intensity, then rest for two minutes before starting another round of eight exercises. HIIT is a fast-moving class that quickly builds cardiovascular endurance as well as strength.

Want to take a night to yourself and decompress? This is the perfect class. After a long, hectic weekend, come in and unwind with yoga. The class will take you through the breathing techniques and poses associated with beginning level yoga. A wonderful way to start your week.
