Fitness Class Schedule July 6
|9:00 AM - 9:45 AM||Cycle 45||Sarah||Room 107|
This 45-minute cycle class is ideal for both beginners and seasoned cycle enthusiasts looking for a heart-pumping workout. Expect to see sprints, climbs, intervals, and drills to ensure an exhilarating cardiovascular workout.
|11:15 AM - 12:15 PM||Yoga||Liz||Room 107|
This intermediate yoga class focuses on strengthening your core and increasing flexibility.
|12:15 PM - 1:15 PM||Pumped Up||Joella||Room 203|
Pumped Up is a total body strength and conditioning class that includes core and balance work. A variety of equipment is used and every class is a different and unique workout.
|12:30 PM - 1:30 PM||Beginner Integral Yoga||Ryan||Room 107|
Suited for all levels. This class includes a series of back bends, forward bends, standing poses and inversions, ending with breathing practice.
|4:00 PM - 5:00 PM||Cardio Blast||Tabby||Room 203|
An interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. This class is designed in a way to be different all the time, and push participants harder than they'd push themselves. We want to keep you guessing - and challenge you differently every class! All fitness levels are welcome as a variety of levels will be shown for each exercise.
|5:15 PM - 6:15 PM||FIT Fusion||Sharry/Karen||Room 203|
A "hybrid" class that is extremely action packed and fun for all levels of fitness. It will consist of traditional muscle sculpting, Yoga, and Pilates with a twist of functional training that focuses mainly on the core. Come prepared to work your ABS: Abdominals, Balance, and Stability.
|6:00 PM - 7:00 PM||Masters Swimming||Sam||Pool, Lanes 1-3|
Masters swimming is for all swimming levels and ages. Share your love of the sport of swimming and your enthusiasm for swimming fitness by joining in on the workouts, the competitive (and non-competitive) spirit and the team camaraderie Masters swimming will afford you. Practices are between 2200–2800 yards, depending on your ability. Alternate workouts are given if you miss a practice.

Want to take a night to yourself and decompress? This is the perfect class. After a long, hectic weekend, come in and unwind with yoga. The class will take you through the breathing techniques and poses associated with beginning level yoga. A wonderful way to start your week.
|6:30 PM - 8:00 PM||Intermediate Recreational Tennis||Kevin||RC Tennis Courts|
Fun fast-paced class designed for people with a strong understanding of the game. Drills, point play and match play situations. Best suited for 3.0 - 3.5 USTA levels. USTA Rating for 3.0-3.5 is a player with a fairly consistent game with medium paced hitting ability who can start to direct the ball with variety and depth.
