Visit Member Services for assistance anytime during your visit to the Weinstein Center or contact us by phone (804) 289-8361. We can provide information about all facilities, schedules, programs and services provided by the Recreation and Wellness department.
Equipment Check-out
The following equipment is available at Member Services for free use during your visit: racquetball and squash racquets, racquetball and squash balls, protective goggles, volleyballs, soccer balls, and clicker counters (to track laps ). Basketballs are provided in the gymnasium. All equipment must be returned to Member Services before closing on the day it was issued. Failure to return items may result in suspension of Weinstein Center access and/or replacement charges.
Outdoor Equipment Rentals
The Outdoor Equipment Rental Program offers many outdoor related items for rent by students, faculty, staff, members and paid guests. All items are available on a first come, first-served basis for a nominal fee. To rent equipment participants must pay with cash, check, or Spider Card at the time of reservation.

Advance reservations are encouraged in order to guarantee desired items are available. Equipment can be rented without a reservation if desired items are available at that time. Rental fee and deposit must be paid before items are issued.
Once returned items are inspected, deposits are typically refunded within 2 business days. Any damages to equipment will require our staff to hold the deposit until repair or replacement costs have been calculated. Equipment that is returned late will be charged the daily rate for each day the item is late.

Lockers
Locker rooms and towels are provided for the convenience of all University of Richmond students, faculty, staff and community members. See Member Services to reserve a locker. Due to the high demand for lockers, participants not using the facility on a regular basis may be asked to relinquish their locker to accommodate others on the waiting list. Daily lockers are available in the Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms. We ask that you please bring your own lock, and remove lock your belongings after each use.
Court Reservations
Racquetball & Squash CourtsFour racquetball and two squash courts are available for use when the Weinstein Center is open. Reservations are recommended but not required. Call (804) 289-8361 or stop by Member Services to reserve a court. Reservations must be made on the same day as desired play, and individuals are limited to an hour. Courts are available on a first come, first-served basis if not reserved for individuals or special events.
Towels
Free towel service is provided. Clean towels are located on racks in the lower level cardio area near the stairwell. Towel drops are located on the upper and lower levels, and in each locker room. Please deposit all dirty towels in a towel drop before exiting the facility.
