What you should expect when you attend my class:  You will learn some core hip hop moves that will get you working your whole body. You will get a great workout and have a ton of fun!

What to expect when you attend my class: a 60 minute class including cardio and strength training.You will be kicking high and low and using focus mits. A great high energy workout guaranteed to kick your workout up a notch! Excellent for the core!
